Duoning aseptic transfer caps are used for aseptic transfer during the expansion of suspension cells, effectively reducing the risk of contamination. The aseptic transfer cap consists of two ports:

?   The vent port is connected to a 0.2um air filter;

?   The inner end of the liquid delivery port is connected to a chemically resistant hard tube immersed in the bottom part of the flask, and the outer side is connected to a 1/8”-1/4” thermoplastic tube.
