BP511-YZ35 is a high-precision filling pump recommended for large-volume filling. It adopts maintenance-free DC motor servo drive and closed-loop control. The metal enclosure has a special surface coating for easy cleaning and anti-corrosion. The pump has filling volume setting, time setting, suction angle setting, filling volume verification, emptying, recording output, power-outage memory, bottleless filling stop and batch filling functions. The menu is available in Chinese and English. The appropriate addition and subtraction curve can be selected to prevent splashing and foaming, and the appropriate suction angle can be selected to prevent dripping.

The pump head is an easy-to-load pump head. The pump head shell is made of aluminum alloy with a special surface coating, which is anti-corrosive and easy to clean. The roller is made of stainless steel, with excellent rigidity and structural properties, and the pump head operates stably. This pump is suitable for 3.2 wall thickness tube and adopts an adaptive tube clamping method to facilitate tube replacement. The pump head can work in high pressure applications.
