BP521-PF246 is a high-precision filling peristaltic pump, which adopts maintenance-free DC motor servo drive and closed-loop control. The metal enclosure has a special surface coating for easy cleaning and anti-corrosion. It has the functions of filling volume setting, time setting, suction angle setting, filling volume verification, emptying, recording output, power-outage memory, bottle-less filling stop and batch filling. The menu is available in Chinese and English. The appropriate addition and subtraction curve can be selected to prevent splashing and foaming, and the appropriate suction angle can be selected to prevent dripping.

PF246 pump head is a filling-type pump head. It adopts a special double-tube pulse cancellation structure design and double-tube Y-shaped connection. The pump head shell is made of aviation aluminum alloy material, the roller is made of stainless steel material, and the elastic pressure block has little wear on the tube. It is suitable for various specifications of tubes and adopts adaptive tube clamping method to facilitate tube replacement. The flow rate can reach 0.03~3,899 ml/min.
