Design Concept

The process software employs a user-friendly design language to facilitate easier operation. The controller features a complete set of high-quality, highly integrated electrical components that occupy minimal space, thereby conserving valuable laboratory benchtop area.

Material of Construction

The stainless-steel parts of the tank body that comes into contact with the liquid is constructed from SUS316L stainless steel and is electropolished to create an inert surface that is easy to clean. The glass tank body is made of high-quality tempered borosilicate glass, while the sealing materials consist of EPDM, silicone, and other substances that comply with FDA requirements. The non-liquid contact parts are made from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.

?   The software is powerful and capable of comprehensive control based on feedback, time, conditions, and script recipes, effectively meeting the user's stringent process requirements.

?   The operating system, developed on the WinCC industrial-grade architecture, complies with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, making it suitable for use in industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The integrated touch HMI kit allows for real-time control of process parameters.

?   In addition to DO, pH, temperature, liquid level, and stirring control units, users can implement more flexible and variable ventilation strategies to effectively support high-density fermentation and cultivation processes. The optimized cooling coil device enables efficient and precise temperature control using a cooling water medium.

?   The controller is designed with additional input interfaces to connect various sensors, including those for biomass measurement, weighing, and exhaust analysis. Furthermore, additional sensors can be integrated into the control feedback system.
